Terms and Conditions
INVOICE PAYMENT
- Payments must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice/payment request.
- Student will pay tuition fees direct to the university account and the university will pay us through the invoice. By paying the tuition fees student need to fallow school terms and conditions.
- Payment is required in advance of any bookings in order to secure the provision. If payment is not made we are unable to guarantee the provision of the booking.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
All prices are in EUR and based on current rates of exchange at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of 250 EUR, as applicable, per person per program is due at the time of booking. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any publication of all intellectual property rights in and relating to Eurasia Education Consultant s.r.o, the service and materials are owned by company. Unauthorised use of company materials including reproduction, storage, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written approval of EEC is strictly prohibited and will result in prosecution. The names and logos of EEC and all related product and service names, designs, marks, logos and slogans are the trade names, service marks or trade marks of EEC and may not be used without the prior written approval of EEC.
NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS
- The client will be liable to meet any non-refundable costs associated with the booking, consultant which cannot be cancelled regardless of when EEC Immigration and Visa services notified of the cancellation.
- Service provided by the agency will not be refunded.
PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION ISSUES
We give guideline to help to student to me the embassy criteria and student will submit the file to the embassy, after the submission they will we will help them to collect the passport. Student should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you are unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
